The seats are very narrow to skinny adult to sit. Hard to get out of the seat. 17.5” is not acceptable width. Would not fly this airline again if it would it change. Seats used to be 21” wide.

Reservation look up is hard
DC Advice
You shouldn’t need the booking or reference number to find your reservation when you’re logged into the app. It’s one more step and a pain. Delta’s app doesn’t make you do that, FYI.
Flight status

You cannot find flight status for a flight in progress using this app/website. Not user friendly.

We can fly cheaper and more convenient than an 8 hour drive...but nobody comes close to V A so worth the added expense! You are Simply the Best!
