• You can just scan you passport when it's time to check in.

This app is basically useless. I have never before seen a “device’s memory is too low” error when all I’m trying to do is check prices.
Virginia Atlantic service is excellent, check in process is very easy and fast.
First and last time flying Virgin. Flight over to London was not great. Flight from London to Newark was cancelled and diverted to JFK . Paid extra to upgrade to economy delight and ended up in same exact row as first flight. What BS. Virgin is becoming a no frills cheap airline!
This app is useless. I have a flight booked to UK. Under the booking there are links for hotel bookings and car hire. Does not recognize any London UK airports for car hire nor are there any options for a hotel in San Francisco! App acts like it will crash any second. Please fix and make as good as other airline apps ASAP.
The text is far too light and barely visible highlighted when it uses darker color for various selection windows such a Country / Residence etc
Great app for check-in ... I tried three times to check in online only to have it fail each time ... I finally decided to try the app and it worked easily and perfectly the first time! Thank you!
Why can’t the boarding pass be made available ? Why don’t the delta and virgin systems communicate with each other properly?
