Should be seamless with Delta. I booked on Delta and all data including TSA should be displayed, whether I use delta or virgin atlantic app. It is very confusing to the consumer.

Got some kinks to work out here. I’m trying to add an emergency contact to my booking but the app won’t take the country code. Earlier I was trying to upgrade my seat and the drop down box was blocking the box to check to agree to the terms AND the submit payment button. Not good. Very frustrating. Might be a good idea to designate some energy into fixing this ASAP ;)

Lost my check in. Won’t let one add bags. Potentially a good app but needs bug fixing.

Very inconvenient and extremely uncomfortable

The plane was completely packed. The seats were extremely small and you could not move without touching the person sitting next to you. For a 2-3 hour flight this would be okay, but for a 10 hour flight, this is ridiculous!! I sat on the plane for over an hour and was then required to deplane. The next flight out was 24 hours later. This cost me a full day of my vacation. Not a great start to a trip that I’ve planned for over a year. It was an inconvenience to me and my family because they had to make more than one trip to the airport. I can only pray that the flight home is better but I’m not looking forward to it. Will not be flighting Virgin again or recommending this airline to others.

Our first flight was delayed by two hours and our second flight was cancelled. We thought we would try Virgin Atlantic and have been very disappointed in its reliability

I've had an iPhone since 2007. I've never written a review EVER, but I felt compelled. I've never flown Virgin, but I've heard nothing but great things about the experience. I found an amazing deal for a flight to San Francisco from Dallas. When I saw that is was via Virgin, I was ecstatic to see what they were all about. Downloading this app to review my flight details set a horrible tone for the Virgin experience. The app couldn't even locate my booking info! That's the main function of this app right? The user interface is okay at best. I just hope Virgin makes this app something worthy of the name.

I have a flight booked and tried to use app to set up prior to flight. Was unable to enter "Elevate Member" number for Virgin and couldn't even locate flight. Virgin recently merged with Alaskan Air and don't know how to locate info with this app. Total fail as far as I am concerned. I am deleting this as it is useless.
