Every time I try to use the app from my Apple watch at work (with my phone in my pocket) I keep getting a black screen with white lettering that says “Please connect the watch to your iPhone.” It’s actually getting very annoying since I can’t use my watch with my remote start with the app which is easier than opening my phone and scrolling through apps to find the one and then wait for it to start. I can’t use the convenience of having the controls literally on my wrist at all times. For example, when carrying groceries and it’s easier than trying to dig out my keys or phone to start the truck.

Never had any real problems. Would highly recommend. Need to allow Alexa voice control and it would be perfect.

By far one of the best app on the market!!! Being able to lock and unlock my vehicle from anywhere and locate them as well!! Awesome!!

Works ok most of the time. Very slow at reporting. Slow when there is a violation.

I live in Alaska and viper has been a life saver through the winter. Getting into a vehicle with leather seats in winter time and no auto start is no fun. I went on vacation to Italy and I was able to see my vehicle status while I was gone. It was left unlocked one night and I was able to lock it for my mom in law. Love viper!!

Work great, but your car has to be in a good cell area. My case my house is not. But everywhere else it is great investment. Great to have it to let you know if there are problems.
