Maybe I’m expecting too much

1. Smart schedule timer does not work. One timer is set for 2:45pm, and the other is set for 3:55pm but the the app sends reminders at random times of the day and night irregardless of the set time. 2. Why doesn’t the timer start the car? Apples stock reminders app serves the same purpose as the viper scheduler.... 3. I’m also getting false alerts that my vehicle has exited the smart fence.

I love this! It always works. I live in the North East and now I can start my car from anywhere! I start it 15-20 minutes before I need to go, coming back on the train... Love it! Worth every penny:)

It doesn’t make any sense to have an Apple Watch app that doesn’t work that requires you to open the phone before you can open your car turn on your car which takes like three minutes and that’s in New York so service wise it’s Not the issue. Update : when i update the system it seemed to work a bit faster but still have plenty of bugs. The Watch sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't.I still have to open the app on my device before i can use the watch. (SERIES 3 apple watch with a designated line.)

I'm very upset. I spent a lot of money, in excess of $300, for this system, and now I am unable to contact you. My little 2-day trial has expired, even though I see most people are offered a 60-day trial, and I can't even purchase a new plan. I have tried through the app, by phone, and through your website, to no avail! I'm starting to feel uneasy about the whole thing. I could have gotten a basic car starter for about half the price.

Viper smart start used to work most of the time. Then it quit working in small towns like Cornville, AZ. Then it wouldn't work in bigger towns--Albuquerque, Colorado Springs, Mesa, Chandler. It simply does not work if it won't function in Phoenix. Phoenix is a big city, has incredible cell coverage, and Viper does not work. Customer service was helpful a few times, but has stopped responding when I send a new feedback message because I'm in a place where it does not work. The temperature on the home screen is always wrong, but it makes me feel better when I see it's only 99 degrees outside on the home screen, when it is actually 114 outside. I was asked to update my review (it is Feb 2018) because Viper customer service just responded. I was required to purchase a new interface to update the one I originally had installed a year or two earlier. They gave me a slight break on the cell service. I forget if I had to pay the installer more because this was not warranty work from the installation company, but a required purchase if I wanted my Smart Start to function. I asked if he would show me what he has done and the only physical piece of hardware he said he’s allowed to show me is the override button and the windshield mounted antenna. It does work now. I am about double my original cost, and it has not functioned for many months at a time. Viper is not ready for the big leagues, and I’m surprised by that. Beta testing should be noted up front, as should selling equipment that is too outdated to be supported much longer and expecting new money to come in. This is extremely bad for the consumer.

This app is amazing. Love all the features and it is very accurate. Never have to leave your vehicle thing will it be safe or not. This app will let you know. It gives you all your details to the T, even your speed. I plan to have one on ever vehicle I purchase.
