My alarm is worth more than my car, but so is the sentimental value of my ride. So it’s been protected with this great system & great app.

2 thumbs up

Installed on my ‘13 Lexus ES350. Worked like a charm... I could open the app and see exactly where my vehicle was parked or the direction of travel. Loved the auto start and lock/unlock features very convenient. Alarm chimed into my iPhone so Incase you don’t hear your car alarm you receive a notification (and a mini alarm sounding off on your phone) lol so you are aware right away! Would def recommend to others. Like most apps it has some hiccups but nothing too faulty that I wouldn’t consider purchasing again.

Best alarm I’ve ever had.

Can’t say enough about my viper alarm with GPS. Starting remotely, controlling my windows, locks, air horn, strobe emergency lights and light bars is all the features I could ask for. Hands down best app and alarm! Try it for yourself and reach out if you have any questions about how I have featured tied into app.

Pretty solid app

Works well on my Apple Watch series 4; a little buggy at times (crashes unexpectedly) and needs to be reloaded. Would be great to have this app become a “complication” so it can be launched right from the dial!

Save your $

Viper was a good quality product when I was younger, but now their quality seems to have drastically dropped! I purchased a Jeep Wrangler with manual locks and no alarm. So I splurged with the last of my full military paychecks before I retired, and paid around $1500 for a nice Viper Alarm system with the screen remote, two way remote control up to like a mile, also the gps module and unit to use the control everything from the app anytime anywhere, a hood pin switch, and had actuators installed on all 4 doors. The first main unit (brain) was bad after they had installed everything and tested. Yes it was an authorized Viper Dealer and Installer. So they replaced the main unit module and there was an issue with the new one too. Sooo, third times a charm right? Well the alarm part did work but then the gps module stopped working. So after replacing whatever to get the gps to work, then i discovered that i can’t control the alarm system at all from the remote when I’m beyond about 20 ft. Keep in mind i was suppose to have this ungodly distance in which it was supposed to work, which is why I paid extra for this model or alarm system. I wanted to have the two way remote for notifications and be able to control. Yes I know it’s “line or sight” and it still didn’t work in an open parking lot with no one around. So it kind of worked right until a little over a year after purchasing and all of a sudden the door locks no longer worked when arming and disarming, then it wouldn’t remote start, and now it’s like it arms sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. So basically wasted all that $ because the warranty is expired and the entire system isn’t working. Oh and I paid for the year subscription so I could see where my vehicle was, status, and control everything from this app. Did I mention the app didn’t work for the first almost 2 months. The dealer was in contact back and forth with viper trying to fix the problem. They credited me for the time and prorated a month instead of just giving me the entire month free for my headaches. My past experience many years ago with Viper was great. This time, not so much. At this time I would not recommend anything Viper or even paying for the subscription for this app and service. Now if Viper wants to either send me a $1500 check or if they will cover to have the entire system (same or better) replaced by an installer they highly recommend, then I would be more than willing to recommend their products and subscription. I don’t see either of those two things happening though, so I hope you read this and take my headaches into consideration when making a decision on which alarm system to buy.... good luck whichever way you choose to go!

Works perfect so far!!

Anytime you download an application and it works perfect that’s a good thing! I bought a brand new 2019 Tacoma TRD pro. The first week I owned the truck I had my viper auto starter installed with this option. As far as I can tell, it works perfectly. Thank you
