They need to find a solution to fix the apple watch. You get a message stating please connect to your phone first and yes the system is updated to the last version!
Does the job, heading is bugged.

App works well except my vehicle heading is always wrong. Spoke to viper CS and they said they had no control over it, spoke to installers and they said the same thing. ?

Unreliable. Constantly says the cell coverage is bad when it’s not. Won’t let you use the lock/unlock feature unless you start the car first. Constantly sets off the panic alarm as well. 4/13 Made a call today. Tried to blame the panic alarm issue on the remote start into itself, and that I needed to contact the installer even though I do not have this issue at all using the factory remotes. Stated that the cell coverage is weak due to you loosing your partnership with att and only using t mobile. Told me I need to upgrade and spend an additional 100.00 to get this to work properly. Wow. Really?! Stated that I need to leave my car with the installer to address the lock and unlock issue. I am not spending money again with the installer as I have already paid him once. It’s was an undetermined amount of time and money to get it corrected. I’ve spend a lot already to have a useless system. Why would I give you more money to fix your issue? Seems the better choice is to switch providers? I have zero issues using the fob and only have issues using your app.

The concept is cool af. Make sure whoever installs it knows what they’re doing. My only gripe is that when using my phone or watch it takes like 20 seconds to open unlock/lock. Who wants to wait that long to get inside your car. The key fob is instantaneous. Other than that everything’s fine so far.

This Viper alarm app is a remote control for your car if the alarm goes off it let’s you know, you can start your car, open your doors, trunk. Tells you the temperature outside your car. All this from anywhere you are. Well worth it

Between my brother and myself we have had these systems on 11 different vehicles. It’s the best system out there and makes it so much easier to manage.
