Download this app yesterday and been trying to buy stuff and still can’t check out. Can’t even use the coupon. Needs to be fixed. Ended up having to go into the store.

App won’t let me sign in. It keeps saying that my login credentials are wrong which they are not. And when I click forgot password, I never received an email allowing me to change my password. I got a reward and the app on even let me apply it. Please fix this asap

The previous version was iffy. This one just crashes. Why can’t you design an app actually does what it’s supposed to do.

Carts never, ever synced between site and app. Chat is a joke. Keyboard disappears while test bar jumps all around. I literally hate using the app. Promos won’t work. Have abandoned cart countless times. On a spanking new iPhone 13, for the record. So no improvement over time and devices. Trash, trash, trash.
Can’t enter credit card number

I shopped all day and it turns out I couldn’t check out because it didn’t allow me to enter my card number....... disaster.....

VS offered a free panty for using the app for the first time. It was supposed to be under offers, but wasn’t. I used the chat help option but it wasn’t a real person and just kept giving me options to pick from that had nothing to do with my question. Just like when I go to this store, the customer service is terrible.

If I could give this app zero stars I would. I used to be a fan of Victoria secrets, but thanks to their terrible business practices lately including this app, I am no longer a fan and will not be shopping in their stores after this. If you have a VS credit card and you are attempting to make a payment on this app, they don’t tell you that your payment doesn’t post on the day that you’re making that payment. It ends up posting your payment late and then it charges you a late fee of $34.10.And then it does the same thing if you try to pay that late fee.. And then they charge you an additional late fee because that late fee payment won’t post until after the due date. I called customer service regarding the late fees and explained what happened I was told I would get a credit for the late fee which I did see on my next statement however on that same statement where they issued the credit, they charge you the late fee again calling it a late fee correction. They continue to do this over and over again until you have massive amounts of late fees when you haven’t even made a purchase in months. I would beware of Victoria’s Secret and I would definitely not get their credit card Unless you just feel like dishing out tons of money to Victoria’s Secret for late fees when you haven’t even purchased anything! They just lost a good customer because of their shady business practices!They obviously don’t care about their customers, they don’t care about the hardship the economy is facing, apparently they only care about fattening their pockets by ripping off people who are (were) loyal customers!
