A lot of glitches

Every time I try to use order status, it will let me log in but the screen just keeps loading repeatedly so therefore I can’t use it. When you are scrolling & click on a picture to view the item & then hit the back button to go back to view more items, it doesn’t go back to the previous item. It starts back from the beginning & you have to scroll & scroll & scroll some more.

I love having this app! It makes it so easy to check on ur order and past orders, and look at offers and new arrivals, and even ur vs credit card acct, the only thing I wish they would add is a wishlist option. I would love to add stuff in there for later to come back to. Other than that a great app !

It is useless to have an App and offer online sales if then the orders take forever ... I placed an order and after a month and a half I still do not receive anything! Very bad experience

You track enough stuff. Why not preferences? I don’t want to see anything to do with valentines and especially mother‘s day! I just lost both my parents and called off my engagement. Make a profile presence page to turn your „Mother’s Day“ notifications off! It’s a kick in the gut everything I see this! Or would you rather I just turned off all your notifications and/or deleted the app instead?

I’m getting really mad, I wish I never updated VS app. It’s not working as it used to work. It’s not recognizing my account, password, vs credit card, what is going on?? I tried to uninstall, and install again, no luck. I tried to change password, no luck. It it getting anointing. On top of everything I got my online order( paid by different credit card) all messed up. They sent me wrong items, man, it’s just getting worse. Consider to uninstall for good!
