Why do they allow FACEID when you’re going to tell me nope…. Gotta sign in. What is the point of having FACEID if you’re gonna ask us to sign in? Fix FACEID or let us use the same log in info. Now I’m locked out of my account.

I love this app and it’s super convenient for my life. I have a pretty busy work schedule and this app makes it easy to order what I want! I do wish it had a “like” button so I could basically save all the things I want so I can come back to them later. That’s the only thing I recommend adding! Everything else is perfect.

The app won’t let us make payments anymore for many months ago and when I told the people at the customer service they act like they don’t care.

Sign in is fine on website but the updated app won’t allow me to sign in to my account. I’ve deleted it and downloaded it again with the same issue.
Never get what I actually order

I ordered 7 pairs of panties and only 3 of them were the ones that I actually ordered. They sent me two of the same pair of something I didn’t even order and two random ones that I never even looked at. Then I called to try and get the ones that I actually ordered and they told me I’d have to pay to return the ones that were wrong and pay for the new ones that I wanted. Every time I order from Victoria’s Secret I never get what I paid for. Absolutely ridiculous. I also recently bought socks from pink and they came the size of clown shoes. I tried going to the pink app to see my order history and it doesn’t even show I ordered them. If I could give them negative stars I would :)

I’m not exactly sure when my app last updated, within the last few days… it doesn’t work at all - all the pics are grey and my shopping cart is now empty. Bummer.
App makes life difficult

They don’t want you to log in as when you try to reset your password it keeps saying the link they just sent you was expired. When I click the button to resend email it says it cannot do it at this time. I was going to order gift cards but I guess they don’t want my money. I will shop somewhere else then.

I liked VS for the fantasy. For imagining I could look like one of the models by buying their products. The fantasy is gone. And seeing males model for VICTORIA's Secret... gross. I'm out. Can't wait to see if the loud, obnoxious, but fairly diminutive woke can keep you in business.
