I cake get into app it keeps saying error loading tap and retry. I’ve even deleted app and tried again

Getting tons of random glitches when trying to checkout :(

I think the app is great but I have a suggestion. You guys should have a “save for later” option for people who are planning on getting an item but not ready yet so they want to save it for later. Or maybe they are messing around with the order’s total price (seeing which items can be used with a coupon) and they want to save one item in the cart to see what would happen to the total cost or if it would affect a coupon. I think deleting the item and then having to look for it later on is inconvenient because sometimes I don’t remember the name of the product. Another feature you guys should have is if the customer adds two of the same items to the car instead of having it has two separate listings you should have a quantity feature like “QTY” and then it would say “QTY:2” if the customer has two of the same item in the cart.This is especially useful for when the panties party sale comes along and customers want to know that they are buying one of each pattern not two of the same pattern. I also wanna expand on the pick up in stores option. Have the order shipped to the store and customers can pick it up. (Even if the items aren’t available in store for pickup, they can choose to ship it to the desired store) this saves on shipping because some people cannot afford $100 worth of lingerie just to get free shipping. And not everyone wants a credit card. Thank you

Horrible navigation

The app is impossible to navigate I couldn’t even get to the category I wanted. Every page is just full of advertising things you don’t care about, and it’s slow. I like the store but the app is horrible.

You can’t login

I have been trying for months to login so I can purchase items but every time an error comes up. I have tried logging in through the browser and both apps and have had no success. I even tried shopping as a guest and still received an error when I hit the credit card card as my form of payment. The closest store to me is about an hour away so unfortunately I’ll have to find another place to buy all my intimate apparel.

I placed my order on dec.07.2021 I called them About my order they said it might have misplaced then they reorder my order they said I’ll get it by end of the month (dec.31.2021) It’s Jan.02.2022 today still didn’t get anything .. no update on tracking no reply nothing .. m never gonna shop from this store again

Email & password EVERY TIME I LOG IN????

I’m a dedicated VS purchaser but now that I’ve downloaded the APP, it is slowing my purchases down. The APP continues to make me login after constantly typing my email and password, even after I’ve enabled Touch ID and saved my password to automatically enter. VS is a great brand but the APP is Not!

Just Use Safari

This is the worst app. It’s basically just safari within an app. When you click into a product and swipe to go back the page jumps back to the top and you lose your place. What’s the point of having an app?

Overpriced for the low quality.
