Um… what is wrong with my app?

Every item I try to add to my cart comes back with an error message, “we’re experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.” And this has been going on for days now. Please FIX!! I’m trying to buy things and there’s nothing worse than an app that can’t do that!

I dread using this app at this point because it’s so janky and barely works half the time. You’d think such a large corporation was take more time and pride in something they put out there with there name on it. I’ve never used an app that was this ridiculous. And it pisses me off it has so many positive reviews considering other people are saving the same issues. How can you expect to sell your products if your app is so frustrating?!

Good. App is good. I think. Idk I just downloaded it for no reason. But app good. Very good cool. Perfume is smelly good. Smells good on girlfriend

App is wonderful to browse and pay my VS credit card, that’s about it. I throw whatever I like in the cart but need to checkout either with Safari or on my laptop. Checkout experience is ALOT better online than in the app.
Stop the videos.

I can’t open this app while trying to listen to anything else playing because the VS app wants to play a soundless video? Guess who decided they DONT need to buy new bras right now.

This is terrible interface for online shopping. If you select an item and go back to the main page, it brings you back to the beginning of the item list - instead of taking you back to where you were. Sizes and styles are all thrown together in a disorderly presentation. Leaving the site looking cluttered and out of date. VS just hasn’t kept up with the times and the app shows it.
