Is the app not working? It’s been weeks, I can’t seem to go into my app just doesn’t want to download when I already had it installed, what’s going on?

Got in a state where I could not check out (had to restart app). The main thing a merchant should ensure is seamless is buying things!! Credit card management is primitive. Navigation is awkward and confusing.
Old phone? Can’t use this app

I have an iPhone 8 Plus, and this app is stuck in a loop asking to update then still not working and asking to update, not everyone has newer phones there should at least be some way for those of use with out newer phones to have an older version or still have access

This app is one of the worst shopping apps I’ve ever used. I want to be able to just click on the category I’m looking to shop in (like tops), and start browsing - but you have to scroll through so many ads for other VS items that you’re not even interested in buying before you can look at things. It’s confusing to navigate, and not very user friendly. Also, some items don’t even show up in their category, and I have to type them into the search to find them. Needs a lot of improvement.

My iPhone XS Max is up to date on iOS and most current app but app still will not load. For being an avid user of the vs credit card it’s pretty annoying how glitchy their app is. Haven’t been able to log into it for well over a week
New app update

The app update is horrible it will not update! My phone is updated but the app still want update and if you can’t update it you can’t log into your account from your phone.
Won’t work without iOS 13 & won’t let me use

I tried using this without updating my phone and it won’t let me even go on the home page without pressing “update now”. I go back to the Apple store to update the app and it brings me back to the same page. They should make a version that can be used without iOS 13. Useless.
