Good app, gave negative review because every time I open it they ask me to review. You’d think after I’ve clicked no every single time it would stop asking. So here’s your review.

All I see are apps

I have consistently been having issues signing on with passwords saved in keychain or using Face ID. Once I’m able to get on to verify my identity, the option to receive my security code via text never works — I end up waiting a few minutes for a text that doesn’t come and then I have to resend the code via email.

Anything I try to do with this card and banking app doesn’t work. Their customer service line is always an hour wait and I haven’t got to access my money for a week during election season and a pandemic. Absolutely horrid experience

This app is very reliable, I trust it. Now I can’t speak for the android people but for me it is very good quality. I haven’t missed an update yet, JUST MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOU USER ID AND PASSWORD. If you don’t it’s not a big deal, you just need reset it By answer’n your security questions and so more information. Hope Y’all Have A Wonderful Day. I do suggest getting this app. ??

Your app isn’t allowing me to transfer my money to my other debit card. It’s saying that the 16 digit of my card is not valid

When I first got this card I had to prove who I was by providing a copy of social security card, a copy of my driver license the whole nine. After about 4 months of using the card I had been told I can have my stimulus check loaded to it which great because I am hurting financially, sooo then I had to go into my profile on a web browser and put my country of residence which I did and also confirm and verify my acc details which I also did. Fast forward a week after my stimulus has been deposited in finally getting caught up on all my debts and paying everyone back who I owed and even am gonna be on time for rent for the first time. However the reason for the two stars is because they locked my card and put restrictions on it to where I can’t use any of my money. So they have my money I can’t use it. I’ve uploaded documents to verify who I am and even after they reviewed and accepted my documents they still keep my card locked. It’s been 3 weeks. It’s gonna be my first actual thanks giving I have no food. I am behind on rent again and am most likely going to end up homeless again because they refuse to give me my money or unlock my account even after I verified my identity on more than 4 occasions. Please don’t go with us bank they will hold and keep your money and put you in a crappy situation without even considering who they are hurting.

Almost all the features listed on the app are completely useless. And it took about 72 minutes on hold for a rude customer service rep to say “ who tell you the app do this?” And I had to stupidly say uhh you guys did? I mean it’s a feature on your app so.. Don’t use this banking card, much better options out there.

absolutely good awful. I mean seriously. I have never written a review of anything before in my life but this app & bank is SO HORRIBLE that I am taking time out of my day to say how TERRIBLE it really is. I mean you can’t transfer money to anything whatsoever. You can’t use the card with anything online because you can’t attach a billing address. I have to pay a fee every time I want to withdraw money because there is no other way to do it. Oh and NOWWWW, they release a “new app” that is supposed to be better. Turns out that app won’t let you log in OR EVEN create an account. This app has me wanting to quit my job so I don’t have to deal with this bank anymore. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for creating such garbage.
