Can’t use app

I have an iPad 6th gen, and the app screen doesn’t load properly. I can’t even see most of what I can do and I can’t scroll the screen.

Love this app but it won’t let me use my Touch ID and now if I try and use it and it doesn’t take or accidentally put in the wrong password I’m locked out on the first try

An Awful app. Registration is a pain and doesn’t need to be. Login will not active Touch ID, and requires me to manually look up the password. Shutting down the app sometimes will enable the prompt for Touch ID upon restart, but usually it does nothing. UI is too slow to load, and usually is unresponsive while it continues to load despite showing that it has loaded; if it has not loaded then don’t show you banking details until it’s loaded and interactive.

When I open the app, the front page never fully loads and just shows little yellow triangles with exclamation points and when I try to log in it tells me to register as a new member but I can log in on Safari with no problems so my account information is accurate.

This app is great. Like it better than the USAA app. Can transfer funds between your accounts instantly. Shows you pending purchases and shows you what your balance will be once they go through, and can see photos of all checks you have written.

This app needs to be updated because it constantly logs me out, and the. Proceeds to tell me my user or password is incorrect when it’s not. It happens frequently and then I can’t use the app for a day or 2 and I have to use a browser. It’s frustrating.
