I received card and set up on line on a PC based computer. I downloaded this app. It lets you sign in but them ask for an authorization code that is not provided anywhere on the PC or anywhere in app. No instructions.

Don't waste time. Never let's you login. Always get error message. Why it's even in the App Store who can guess.

How can you have an app but it doesn't allow your customers to log in!? Wow horrible customer service because they already know that people are having trouble but can't help.

If i could give this 0 stars i would, never allows you to log in no matter what you try. this seriously needs to get fixed, it is ridiculous. i'm just trying to access my bank account easily and i can't even do that. needs to be fixed asap

Honestly if this could be rated negatively, I would do it. It doesn't allow you to login worth crap. Whoever owns this obviously needs to learn management and customer service skills... with this many reviews you'd think something would have been done already... Just remove it or improve it!!

I am flabbergasted!! Just want to see how much i have in my card without having to go on my computer! Terrible management!! And terrible costumer service! If i could give no stars i would for sure!!
