THE WORST EXPERIENCE
i need yall to read this
I honestly don’t recommend this card for anybody , they take longer than a hour to answer your emergency calls , the card randomly locked on me on payday and no atm was reading it But had all my funds I’ve been trying to atleast call to transfer the money and they have tooken over 3 days to have me on hold each time it’s the most inconvenient thing to happen to someone please save your time and don’t get this card.
I would like to not have to login every time I open the app.

I don’t know how this app has so many positive reviews. It’s been nothing but glitchy and awful. The setup makes very little intuitive sense. I only use it because I have to.

It was a lil “struggly” for a while, but this app has improved alot. It’s easy transfer money between accounts. Fingerprint access. It’s a excellent app.

Everything about this app blows from design to what it’s for. First - it has almost no functionality. Any money that is in the app can only be used with the card. No withdraws, nothin. Second - the app itself is bad. It’s not properly designed for the screen. Hate it. Hope to never use it again soon.

With your card there is no option for transferring funds or writing checks. It’s like no one at your company realized that computers exist.
