THE ONLY THING I DO NOT LIKE ABOUT ABOUT MY NEW, MTM DEBIT CARD BY, US BANK, FOCUS CARD BY MTM, NH HEALTHY FAMILIES INSURANCE IS THERE SOOO SLOW AT PROCESSING MEDICAL MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT LOGS!!

I just don’t like how they hold amour you spend plus extra when you make a purchase and don’t give the extra money back till 1-2 days later

This is a clearly cheaper way for employers to pay out .. several times i have been waiting for customer service to answer the phone for over an hour . Today epedemic in full effect and i need groceries and what to you know my card randomly locks like it does once a month for no reason now I’m waiting 2 hours I’m still listening to the music while I’m writing this it’s that bad . I probably don’t eat this week because of this ... stores have really been empty this is not the time for the bank to be holding my money . ??

when typing my card info it asked for captcha that i typed in exactly right but kept saying it was a wrong and eventually kicked me out and now doesnt let me create an account to check my balance i call a representative for help and she did absolutely nothing i can spend money on the card but it doesnt give me an accurate number of my balance and when i text the number to check it it doesnt reply at all this is by far the worst paycard ive ever gotten

I cannot get into my account on this but on the internet app I get in no problem! Not recommended unless you just wanna be let down.

I’ve had this card for 2 years. The app sometimes crashes, sometimes doesn’t load to the log in so I can’t check my balance. Sometimes tells me my credentials are expired, sometimes my login info doesn’t work. Most of the time it works but when you need assistance you have to call instead of using the app. And the wait is horrible. They need to add more features to this app or provide a better way and if they don’t want to update the app then get us a better card and a better app. Similar to the reliacard and us bank regular debit cards.
