No way to transfer money to another bank

No link to ChekToday to request and authorize checks to get money from the system. The website version doesn’t work either and most customer service reps don’t even know about the service and it takes a lot of time and explaining to get to the proper supervisor who can help.

They only thing that I don’t like about the app, but it has nothing to do with the app. You can only withdrawal only 6 times a month. Other than that, it’s a pretty good app!

Little Complicated to transfer money, but honestly all around a pretty good app.

I’ve been waiting on my card to be delivered for 3 weeks from you guys i didn’t get to touch my Christmas money let alone my last 3 checks because you’ve loaded all my money onto a card that hasn’t even been activated yet, I’ve reordered it & payed for expedited just to receive misinformation that it still may not come today i haven’t seen anything like this before i will be switching banks immediately??‍♂️ didn’t even get to see what you guys were really about.

I have been trying to log into the app and I just keep getting a link from the app to download a new app that doesn’t work. Then I called us Focus and US bank and they both have no clue what to do. If it wasn’t for the fact that my job makes me use this bank I would never use it. Genuinely hate US Bank and Focus.

Was working nice, I enjoyed it and all of a sudden a pop from the us bank is appearing on my screen and preventing me from viewing anything in my account. I can’t sign in or do anything and when I uninstall the app and install it again it allows me to sign in but the stupid pop up come back preventing me from seeing anything in my account
