What good is it

I have no idea how to use this card. What makes it any different from what my regular card does. Worth nothing for me. I would like to figure out how to get rid of it.

You can’t transfer any money to a bank account. Only to another US bank card.

With your card there is no option for transferring funds or writing checks. It’s like no one at your company realized that computers exist.

My accounts been inactive since January 21st and no update has been posted. Constant problems and will never bank with them again. Get yourself a REAL bank account.

The interest rate on the savings account is terrible, customer service is terrible. I was on hold for over an hour twice before finally having someone answer. I also find it idiotic that I cannot transfer funds to a different checking account. The bank isn’t even compatible with Apple pay, this is a terrible organization.

app works fine but the only thing is that when i try to transfer money it says to enter a proper 16 digit pin even tho it is the proper digit pin ??????

This app was easy to download and get set up. Not problem seeing my balance. I like it a lot.

Easy to use, I love the face recognition piece the only thing that I don’t like is; if I have the app on my phone I can’t log into computer. Maybe it’s user error but I know my password and it will tell me invalid. I’ll just use the App on my phone.
