Small dissatisfaction

I’m disappointed in the customer service wait time waited for 3 hours. If the need more employees I looking for a extra job. Really upset about the limits on transfer between saving and checking.

Transferring money

I had trouble with transferring money card to card. Wouldn’t allow me to send money through cash app. I even tried to transfer money to a different bank card, to see if it was just a cash app error, but it wasn’t. An error message would pop up saying “put in correct 16 digit card number” no matter how many times I have entered it.

Never any problems with deposits, only with transfers. Says the debit card is a “prepaid”? Not too sure how

Unfortunately, with this account you are not able to transfer funds. Our company moved to this pay method and it’s not logical for all my current uses.
Not able to use US BANK FOCUS with anything

Not able to connect card to Apple Pay, cash app, Venmo, zelle or transfer from your card to another bank account. Absolutely useless card. Hate it.

Truly a great app helps that it so simple. I just have an annoying habit of checking it very sparsely and always seems to require an update that, at least I can't notice the difference. But wired coincidences aside. It's super nifty
