This is my first jawbone and i didnt know why i can create an account to it. What im gonna do????

Not only did it seem to lose all my stored info. But when I tried to reset my password but keep getting error messages. I decided not to start over but try a new app that has a much better rating. May check it out again some day but may not.
Company has sunk.

App will not work, company has gone under and servers are not up. They will not allow you to make an account and there for rendering the product useless. Hope you can get a refund.

Purchased a band a week ago and found out the company was closed. They should remove this app from the marketplace.
