It doesn’t connect to WiFi

I tried connecting it to data as well and it just doesn’t connect. This is so frustrating

Great app until May 2018 when their servers were shut down. The company went bankrupt. Some users received a message that servers would be up “soon”. A month later, still no server connectivity. I’d wager that UP is finished in terms of internet connectivity. It is a shame as the App was pretty good.
App doesn’t work

I can’t even create an account. It just keeps giving me error messages. Beyond disappointing. The company has went under and clearly isn’t supporting the technology anymore.

The server is keeping silent. Everything is up in the air. Knocks on wood for its vivid life.

Do not buy any Jawbone sh.. device, they don’t work anymore and the servers are down.

My tracker used to update to the UP network, and for the last several months, the network has been unavailable. I don’t know what’s up with this, but it’s pretty much destroyed the usefulness of my band for me. Fix it.
