Too many confusing options

The app is great however, there is room to improve by simplifying the options and instructions, especially the Covid requirements and the Baggage allowance.
Bad service at front desk

The lady in the front desk had a really bad aptitude!! I ask for help to find an other option and she denied .. really bad costumer service

Been a long time since I flew United. The app was easy to use and the communication United provided was GREAT. I was constantly receiving updates which became important when delays because of mechanical issues transpired. Check-in was super easy.
Submit Residency After Passport Scan not Wirking

This issue is there for long time. After passport scan you cannot key in your residency so the passport scan does not complete. This needs to be fixed. (Drop down of countries does not show up and you cannot have any manual value)
