This app is fine for generating a digital boarding pass. If you want to try to book a flight, the user experience is awful.

Maybe add a iPhone earphone blocked in so people that have iPhone earphone doesn’t have to use the earphone from the flight

I wasted 90 minutes after checking in getting this corrected.

Making customers download the app to purchase in flight is ridiculous. Not only is the app incredibly slow, I physically couldn’t pay for a drink I wanted because you made it impossible. Had to download the app, then become a mileage customer, then upload a card and you only accept US cards. As an airline, this seems incredibly dumb. For the sheer frustration caused and lack of thought for customer experience I will never fly United again

My business reservations are made and paid by travel agencies from requested flights that I submit to them. I used to simply send each company a screen shot of my flight requests from your app, with Flight number, date, times, and airports all from one page on your app. Since updating (?) I now do not see a single page on your new app where that necessary info is all listed together without me personally purchasing the ticket. Please respond. Ed Martino 2 Million Miler

Why can’t I click a link in an email and automatically open the details in the app? Literally isn’t that difficult, but you guys miss it year after year. You probably won’t even read this.
