The flight attendants and total staff were first class service for me as a basic economy flyer

I can never get on flights and when I retired from UNITED United retirees got priority over employed currently employees. Continental take over removed those. Bottom line the flights are over booked, oversold and the vacation pass does not do enough. Continental blew up my flight benefits and yes I deserve it after taking two big pay cuts from a salary already so low with no path to promotion or pay increase, Gary

They canceled our trip home and turned it into a two day trip instead of a one day trip home so it’s taking us two days to get home late miss work but worst costing us approximately $1000 -costing us rental car to extra hotels meals etc. unbelievable!!!!

My experience has not been quick with reconciling reservations with the app. United will remain my last airline option

It took a full hour to check in, because the app misspelled my name and couldn’t match my vaccinations to me.
