BEST FOOD DELIVERY APP

I had only used Door Dash and Postmates and especially Postmates kept accepting my orders, canceling them and keeping my money for 10 days. I have had ONLY positive experiences with Uber eats and now it’s the only app I use!

I don’t know what it is... but this is honestly the worst service ever. 3/5 times there’s and issue with my order. Usually its items missing but I’ve also had drivers just not deliver the food but complete the transaction on their end which caused a whirlwind of issues trying to get my order back. I guess it’s tough to have a service that depends primarily on the integrity of the driver. I doubt most check the orders to make sure all the food is there. All in all I’m so unsatisfied with uber eats I will never use it again. PS... not sure how this app has 5 star ratings when you go and look at peoples reviews most are in the 1-2 star range.

Ordered food . Called the restaurant & it WAS PICKED UP ! It never came. Hmmmmmm , I guess the driver was was hungry.

I have many awful experiences, but after happens today just piss me off! I buy two items wich cost 3 dollars each! The total shows 8 dollars I was okay with that when I placed the order the charges change to 17 dollars!!!!!!??? I call imeadiatelly to cancel and they said that will cancel my will not return my money. Because they call to McDonald’s and they don’t answer the phone! WHAT?????? Never again! They will not allow you to post a review unless you give them 5 stars

I’ve downloaded Uber Eats app for the first time today just to check out the app and to learn how to navigate through the app, upon navigating through the app, I’ve immediately discovered some flaws with the app. 1) the app doesn’t allow you to stay logged in. 2) For those people with an Apple iPhone X we would expect for the Uber Eats app to allow iPhone X users to log into the Uber Eats app via Face ID like what most apps allows. 3) The shopping cart can’t be cleared unless you sign out and sign back in just to get a message saying if you want to clear cart. 4) some restaurants or Uber Eats app doesn’t allow you to choose your own drinks. 5) the geographic location or the triangulation system on the Uber Eats app is inaccurate, I would have to manually type my exact location. Maybe a bug or something.

I ordered for the first time here are a few things that I noticed App itself is good but driver did not see the notes where I put for him to meet me More restaurants The service lacked the amount of places I could order from was 15 locations most of these were a few big chains and very small restaurants, Missing restaurants 33549 Chick-fil-A, Cheddars, Taco Bell, Culvers, BJ’s BrewHouse, Long Horn steakhouse,Wendy’s, Pollo Tropical, $4.99 Delivery fee is way too high for a restaurant that is only 1.3 miles away on an item that is under $10 Needs more coverage I live 5 miles outside the delivery zone and it isn’t covered

If you have any dietary restriction at all, do not use this app. You can put in your modifications in the app, but don’t worry- the app will not send this information to the restaurant and your food will not be modified. And even after you try to express to them the issue (and waste of food), they will tell you there is nothing they can do (even after providing documentation that you did indeed try to modify your order). Waste of time and money- there are other food delivery services that actually care about their customers like Just Eat and Deliveroo.
