I think it’d be great to have a calorie count for food items and also restaurant grades aside from the 1-5 star ratings. Other than that, my favorite part about this app is being able to track my order along the way. No more wondering where my food is :)

Better than PM but still room for improvement

Uber Eats is great overall. No overcharging of the card, faster more reliable service, better prices. My only complaint that keeps me ATTEMPTING to use PM despite their horrific flaws, is the customization is just way better with PM. Uber says there is a place to put notes but that is NOT always the case. I cannot find any way to get condiments at McDonalds, for example. If you like your fries with dipping sauce, good luck. There are no customization or notes or menu for that. If Eats would copy PM on how they do their app more it would be awesome and I would never try PM again.

I ordered through app for first time and the arrival time just kept increasing and increasing until finally they call and there were no drivers in the area.

My first at-home delivery was 25 min late, and the food was not correct. My second at-home delivery was cancelled by the company 30 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered, no apology or compensation given.

If I could rate at -10 I would. The App doesn’t provide the right address to hotel complex, the call center reads from script and you get late and cold food. Don’t use this service, they are horrible. To respond to “developers” your app doesn’t work like that, it may for you and based on lots of 1 Stars, IT ISNT working, and I WILL NEVER use Uber Eats again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
