I DONT HAVE MY WALLET OR ID BECAUSE BAD INSTRUCTIONS GOT MY CAR TOWED IN AN UNFAMILIAR LOCATION!!! I HAVE BEEN STRANDED FOR 3 DAYS WITH NO LIVE SUPPORT!!!!

Very stupid cancellation policies. I made a mistake ordering an item and miraculously the restaurant accept it and process it at the same time. I wanted to cancel in less than 2 mins and could not find “cancel option “ on the order info so I call to customer service who were like answering like robots telling that there is no way we could cancel the order and if I cancel I’m not going to receive my food and above that I will be charged total ...what??? This is insane. What kind of service does that?? Next time I will call directly to restaurant . They can accept the responsibility if something goes wrong; not Uber eats. Update: Developer sent me some comments and they are still robots saying that I can cancel anytime before the restaurant accepts it. They still are unavailable to read or understand what actually happened. Nevermind, I have already erased the App from my phone. I better use Rappi or other...thanks for letting me know how bad you are.

they don’t even have the simplest restaurants on their app. All they have are garbage bar restaurants that I’ve never heard of. Not even a McDonald’s on there. How hard is it to get food from McDonald’s?

Does not come close to the reliability and convenience of Uber in the domain of transportation. I’ve ordered a total of 6 times from different places. EVERY SINGLE TIME there was some kind of issue. It seemed like it was rocket science or something. If the order was not incorrect like most times, then the driver would take 40 min to pick it up while the food got cold. Once no one delivered anything at all but still marked it delivered. I had to wait on hold for half an hour on the phone to get reimbursed and then never ended up getting my food. Other times, the delivery person expected me to come down even though the whole reason I was ordering in was because I was feeling really ill and couldn’t make it down. Terrible terrible service. Maybe it’s just a Boston thing.
