I’ve used you all for several years but today I’m deleting your app and refuse to use your service again. If you can fix a simple problem such as an incorrect address as soon as the order is placed yet still charge 6.00 to cancel the order, this is not a service I want to use. And now deleting both Uber eats and Uber rides. I can assure you that you lost way more than the six dollars you scam from people. I use uber all weekend instead If drinking and driving but lyft and door dash will now get all of my business

Wrong Delivery Address; No Refund

So, a month ago I was in Orlando, FL. I never ordered ANYTHING from this location. I just placed an order for my home in TN. It never asked me to confirm my address, it only said “Deliver to Door”. I ordered my food, come to find out, it was delivered to a location in Orlando. Why does the application pull up restaurants in another state? That doesn’t make sense. Uber doesn’t try to pick me up in another state when I’m in TN. Anyway, I call to get a refund, and they say that they will not refund the money. So, I have no food and am out the money as well.

They won’t even deliver to my area. Why ffs did they make me fill an entire cart with food and not tell me I’m out of range until the final screen? This app is worthless and I’m still hungry. Complete waste of time.

This app was always ok, but the update just ruined it for me. Me and my boyfriend always order McDonald’s all day breakfast through the app, But today, it wasn’t letting us pick French fries because it was within the breakfast hours (even though the hours were definitely off, the regular breakfast hours go until 10:30 but the app had it listed as 11) so we tried to order the big breakfast instead and it lets me get all the way to the check out and then tells me that the breakfast hours are over, (it was not even 11, as the hours listed on there suggested it would go until) so we go back in to get the regular order that we wanted with some all day breakfast items and the fries we wanted, and then it wouldn’t even give us the option to choose all day breakfast items, because it was during the lunch hours. I couldn’t search for it or anything.. Every McDonald’s in my area participated in all day breakfast so it was super annoying to not have access to those within the app when you could go to the McDonald’s and get it.... why update the app if it doesn’t include what people could get when in-store?? What’s the point

I have not ordered from them in months, and last night I remembered why. After waiting an hour and tracking that my food was on its way, my order was cancelled. I waited an hour and received frequent updates on my order status. For what ever reason the driver was 5 minutes away, with my order and it was cancelled. This app is a mess and I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
