As title and all got was refund while every restaurant was closed and I had to stay hungry for whole night. Also the service fee is a rip off. Don’t use ubereats you have better options

If your app has a glitch and says order failed to be placed... it will charge twice and they will not refund !
Worst app and service
for what it is worth...
I used the app to order a meal. It was supposed to be approximately 20 minutes. My order updated and named the driver, then the driver changed. That driver drove all over, then delivery changed to 35 minutes, then it changes to a third driver who also drove all over. After 60 minutes, the third driver cancelled my order. Customer service was useless. The features would be nice if they worked, but it was worthless. I just watched drivers drive all over, and then cancel my order. Such a shame.

The bag was ripped open. Half of the fries was gone. The food was cold. I did receive my food though so that’s a plus I suppose but it definitely wasn’t worth what it cost to be so cold and half of the fries gone!!!!! It’s the driver though and that’s a gamble you take if you don’t want to go get your own food I suppose also!!!

I’m done with Uber Eats after being a loyal customer for years. Their customer service and culpability is zero. More recently they’ve started a daily deal promo that is a nightmare. I waited two hours for an order that was cancelled at the last minute. They need to figure out a way to warn you your order may not be fulfilled. It’s shameful to leave hungry people hanging like that. I’ll be using Door Dash from now on as that’s never happened to me with their service. Bye Uber, thanks for leaving me hungry and angry. Won’t miss you one bit

I order a food the person who supposed to deliver me the food didn’t even contact me and he cancel the order and the don’t want to give me my money back

Multiple times the delivery time gets pushed back until it is canceled hours later. Literally try any other food delivery app.
