The drivers can never find my neighborhood even though it’s right off of Holcomb Bridge Rd and there’s a huge sign. Which means my food is getting cold while they figure it out.

i have bought food from this app so much lol its awesome! not all restaurants meet my demands. wish there was a little more of detail of what you’re getting and how much of it, but still good !!

Extremely disappointed in response to mistake

I was very disappointed that on my second try with Uber Eats I was given a wrong order. Unfortunately there is no way of contacting the delivery person after the order is delivered as Uber does not let you call them. On complaining to the site, after an hour there was an apology and a refund. There was no consideration given to the fact that as a diabetic I was delayed with my meal and could not eat what was delivered. A simple refund in this matter is simply not enough especially as I was trying Uber Eats for the second time. Actively considering dropping Uber as well after this experience

Good except one flaw

I like how easy it is, but ubereats will try to get the same delivery person to pick up two separate orders and this can actually slow your order down. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes for them to get to my house because they’re going out of their way to someone else’s house first.

Today I used Uber eats as I usually do a few times a week, yet unlike most days today was a horrible experience. My driver drove around my neighborhood several times even stopping for long periods of time for almost an hour! I messaged him several times precise directions on where my apt. Was and where to park etc... After several attempts he still kept driving in circles. I called him a couple times as well with no answer. Finally fed up with waiting I called customer service to cancel the order because at this point it was suspicious what he was doing. The initial lady I talked to was helpful and apologized and told me I could completely cancel and be refunded or have the food delivered and still get a refund since the order did Indeed go way over the delivery time. She said to call back with the reference number she gave me once the food was delivered and I could then get the refund. Not at all what happened! I called back 3 times and had to talk to a supervisor and they still only gave me 50% back. That would have been ok if they hadn’t lied multiple times on the phone to me. Why even offer the refund if you won’t honor it? Such a bummer that I will no longer use this app due to the lack of transparency and the dishonesty their customer service team has.
