Some restaurants put zero care into their orders. Multiple times I’ve gotten the complete wrong order. Delivery fees are a little wonky. My husband and I had two different delivery fees while sitting next to each other. Just not worth it majority of the time.

Dont use this terrible uber eats app use postmates or some other delivery service because they are some thieves so first i make my $30 order and accidentally cancel it while doing something because i didnt lock my phone and so I reordered it because i thought they would refund me my money. So they dont refund me for the first one because it turns out the restaurant accepted the order so it cancelled but i didn't receive my food from that transaction but they received my $30 call customer service and they couldnt help me they said i had to email i emailed them and they just said they couldnt do anything. But the transaction that I reordered arrived and it was only half of what I ordered. So not only did i get half of what i ordered but i ended up paying $60 for the meal and only got half with no help from uber NEVER USING UBER AGAIN

Drivers are inconsistent, typically don’t follow directions. App says you can leave feedback and tip with directions from main screen but it’s actually not possible unless you do it when originally prompted after your order arrives. I seem to accidentally click it down each time and can never get back. The directions on the app and online (click receipt in the bottom menu bar, click rate, yada yada) don’t work.
Charges me more but others around me are charged less

I live in a house with roommates and they all have uber eats. But when we look at restaurants in the surrounding area, my delivery price is way higher, even if we are looking at the same restaurant. That messed up.
Never available in Palm Springs.

Usually ordering at midnight. There’s never drivers available. So this is worthless.

two stars for two best features: quitting, and deleting.... update: as others have claimed, the customer service can really be the bottom line. I was incorrectly charged and support ignored my messages and eventually marked the case as resolved. I reopened it several times again but it was closed over and over with no response or reason given.
