Probably the worst app ever, doesn’t except your promo codes, doesn’t except your card details how are we supposed to order. You click on pay and it doesn’t except that either. Such a dysfunctional app. All it can do is say”sorry” for not doing whats it made for. Highly disappointed, didn’t expect something so terribly made by uber

Dude forgot my drink like really. I got refunded but still I paid nearly $20 for a burrito rice beans and a drink. Hmm that’s odd why is that? Didn’t pay attention to it. So I decided to order right now from McDonalds. Well gee everything is so expensive what the h**l? Sausage burritos are $1.99 when really at the store they’re only $0.99 are you kidding me? I looked at every item and everything is overpriced. So not only do I not get my order correct, but I have to overpay on value priced items and to top it all off, I have to pay a delivery fee? Umm bye.

This idea is great in theory but terrible in execution. And I mean TERRIBLE. I’ve tried this app multiple times and always wins up with the same problems. First you get told it’ll take 20-30 minutes. Which is reasonable. But the time inevitably goes up. The first time I ordered my friend told me it would take an hour even though the ETA was half the time. Lo and behold, it took OVER AN HOUR. You look at the time and the numbers keep going up and up and up with no explanation for why it’s taking so long. The last time I ordered with Uber Eats, I waited around for over an hour for the food to come, and then it was cancelled with no warning or explanation. Never using this app ever again.

It takes so long for them to find a driver for delivery, I’ve even had my order canceled after wasting an hour of my time because they couldn’t find anyone.

Way better than Postmates whose drivers seem to have gotten lazy lately. App is easy to use, drivers actually come to the door.
