Literally takes two hours every time I order.

Great until you are missing an item.

Srlsy one flipping chocolate shake short. Took 35+ minutes for a refund then the customer service representative refused to escalate to a supervisor. Had to end around and call corporate to allegedly get a supervisor. Who then promised corrective action. Fair enough but too long for the refund and much too difficult to reach a supervisor.

I placed an order at 3:30 AM because I am a late nighter, I was quoted on the app a 25-30 minute delivery time which I anticipated would be inaccurate. Once it had been an hour I began to grow a bit impatient but called the restaurant and they said they were just waiting on a driver to pick up the order. 30 minutes later it was clear that it wasn’t happening and I needed to sleep but instead of just being able to cancel the order I had to call the customer support which is clearly an awfully crammed call center (I could hear lots of calls in the background going on and her accent was so thick I could barely understand her). After 5 minutes my order ended up being canceled but what now? I got a standard apology but she clearly didn’t care, well trained to smile but a trained smile doesn’t fill my stomach... having to order something else and I’ll likely be awake until 6am trying to eat something before I can sleep. Last time I waited and got the food an hour later than it was made and it tasted as it should after sitting there for an hour. Not fresh. Very frustrating.

I have been keeping track of Uber eats. They have failed to deliver to me 60% of my orders!

Stop using uber Eats. Use Post Mates

I ordered a cheesesteak. As is on menu. No changes requested. I received a cheesesteak different from menu advertisement and Uber told me because I got a sandwich they can’t refund me. I also ordered season fries and received regular fries. And I order a coke and received only a straw. They were only willing to refund me for the coke.

If you’re going to use this app, watch it closely. Uber Eats will change your payment method without telling you, if you have multiple cards on file. Needless to say, that can screw you big time. Whenever you order, watch your payment method like a hawk. It doesn’t care which one you use most often. It’ll default to another card for no apparent reason and there’s no way to specify a primary payment method. A MASSIVE oversight by the app developers. If anyone from Uber actually reads this, GET THIS FIXED.

waiting an hour and a half for our food only to find out they canceled on us and did absolutely nothing for us besides refund our money...in 3-5 business days. We were told we could have 5 dollars put on our account only to talk to someone else who said they can’t do it. Will never order from them again. this one experience was enough to delete this app and uber off my phone. grub hub and lyft it is, for me! Edit: the comment below to this might seem like they’re trying to help, but when you email them, they just reassure you, they can’t do ANYTHING to help you. the reply below is simply to make them look better, horrible customer service still. My review has not changed

Uber Eats is SUPER easy to use, gives all the information you need for each restaurant, and even gives awesome recommendations for places near you. I absolutely LOVE this app! It’s so difficult to leave and get food while I’m at work, so this app is phenomenal for me! Love it and HIGHLY recommend it!
