Good vs bad choice!!!

Danyal s

Not what I expected from uber... as a highly rated partner and more than 3500 trips it adds up to less than min wage !!!!!!!! Uber takes it all .. airport rates are low , the wear and tear to our personal cars is a lot...even when u ask airport rides or long rides the answer is not satisfactory from their end ... like always it follows the que ... really wake up guys and think better to improve all around.. what comes around goes around... is it worth driving for uber and risking your life aswell as the cars.. something to think about seriously ?

Don’t show the earnings

la_chiikii_chula <3

Lately I can’t see my earnings on each trip. I have to force close the app and reopening again to see how much I earned.

App is buggy

HokkyRef

Tonight I have accepted five rides in a row only for the app to drop them as I am waiting for the pickup destination to load. What a terrible waste of time tonight and it’s not the first time this has happened to me. So frustrating because this is the busiest week of the year here in this resort town.

App crashes often, locks up and has issues with Waze navigation!

aromim

I have been driving for 2 years and have used many iterations of the app. This latest one is pretty bad. It crashes, locks up and is not as reliable as past versions. With Waze it also locks up or takes a long time to sync. This has caused major headaches and lost fares as well.

It’s a great option.

Jesafa

Driving for uber is a great option. I planned on taking 3 months off of work and Uber worked out well enough that I took off almost a whole year from my career and drove an Uber for 11 months. Uber is a great tool for getting money when you need it.

Fun!

I'm enjoying the Uber experience! I love all the people I meet and the money I'm making doing it!

Nothing but problems

MsChelle

It shouldn’t be this hard. If you deliver you should keep track because the app will miss trips and not credit you. Even now a whole day of work is missing from my activity. I delivered 2 on the same pickup and one is missing. A cancellation after I picked up and attempted to deliver is missing. It goes on and on.

Better, but still many glitches

steelec4

I must say I like the interactive map. It should have been that way long before. However there are many glitches. When you are on the highways it thinks you are on the side streets. It gives the address to pickup and then navigates you behind the home or business. It tells you where to turn much to late. And it chooses some questionable routes.

Uber EATS

BlueDuchess

It’s been ok the 2 weeks I been working doing deliveries i would really like for Uber to do Uber EATS boost for my location in Houston Texas in Jersey Village u have all over Houston but you don’t have any for my location I would appreciate it thanks

Pros and Cons

Tom_Brewington

There are good and bad aspects of the uber driver app. Since this forum is to rate the app, not the company, we should all stick to that. Pros- - rider volume (compared to lyft) is easily 3 or 4 to 1 (here in Phoenix). Vastly larger opportunities for rides. - instant pay and the uber debit card from GoBank are awesome. - weekly tracking of trips, earnings, and transactions is nice to have. Cons- - Navigation is terrible. - navigation is terrible! - i’d like to be able to get to the home screen while on a ride. App won’t let you get out of the nav screen. - please fix navigation - surge seems like a hoax. Reveal actual method for figuring surge I could say more but thats all ok for now. Good luck out there!
