Tienen que actualicar el mapa que ay muchas calles que no salen o no te sale y tambien los viajes que pones para donde quieres ir en ves de 2 tiene que ser ilimitado que eso asi no sirve y que den un estimolo por manejar que solo nos dan dinamica pero es rara bes que lo cojas

I have been uber Driver for three years.the app is Great. The only problem I have with the app is freezes while on the trips.I Really appreciate everything that you guys doing for us to make our job so easy. Thank you very much for your great work.

People complaining about every little thing ... no one said you had to drive with UBER... my experience in Memphis has been awesome for 3 years straight! Make extra cash and meet cool people!
They don’t value their Drivers

They value the ratings of customers than the drivers, 85% of customers rate drivers base in the way they were feeling at that moment not based on the ride experience... Sad

App is fine until there’s an internal error on Uber’s part where they tend to take your highest rides and not pay you for them. Hoover always seems to have some internal glitch on their end where they can tell you about rides or reason why you haven’t gotten paid. But on there and they can see you took fI’ve rides but on your app for your phone you only show four.

Uber LIES HAVE THE EMAIL PROOF. Uber app stinks, customer support is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I wouldn't hire them to pick up my dogs poop. FIRE EVERYONE AT SUPPORT AND HIRE PEOPLE WITH BRAINS. Cheap company. And for the tech team, I don't think you could handle programming a clock radio. As for corporate..bunch of morons who hide behind closed doors cause you are afraid to actually deal with your problems. YEA already contacted support supervisor call it "misinformation." Funny that's a nice way of saying LIED W/o taking responsibility. You say u care BUT YOU DO NOT, 1 more thing YOUR SURGE AREAS ARE TOTAL BS!!!

1. Option to utilize more third party navigation e.g Navigon. 2. Über should foot insurance bills if it continues to log driving mechanics. 3. Uber's revenue is mostly dependent on Drivers providing a service first. But Uber is a Rider-oriented company. Misguided priorities! 4. It's infuriating when the app crashes while in a queue. 5. It's Uber's responsibility to educate passengers about ratings, communication & code of conduct to reflect accurate responses. 6. For the eagle-eyed out there, they would've noticed that the release notes have been consistent across several updates: Fishy!!!
