Not a Happy Driver

Uber took a fare from me. When I protested they told me the ride was too short or some other thing, like the ride never happened. I protested three times; I even documented the ride in particular as I do all my rides, but they wouldn’t accept my protesting them. This has happened on several occasions deducting a fare! I believe it was a college student requesting a ride for his buddy, and then saying the ride never occurred. Sorry that Uber doesn’t believe their drivers, because the ride was begun and ended properly; really, “too short of a ride” I never heard of such nonsense. I have over 3,300+ rides with Uber. They finally stopped answering my e-mails about the problem! Poor decision on Uber’s part. I wonder if Lyft does that to their drivers?

While attempting to maneuver through the app to sign, you must “agree to the Addendum's”which is normal, however, you cannot print them, you cannot email them to yourself to read a legible size, and therefore cannot continue. Second issue is the profile photo, you cannot edit, and then once they don’t like it, they want you to take an unedited instant photo. I’m female, not going to happen. You would think they would already have adjusted the app from inception. It concerns me that they are not on top of their game.

Uber has horrible customer support. Uber doesn’t listen to its drivers. Uber doesn’t care about its drivers. Uber condones drug use in drivers vehicles and the customer support is horrible

What a bunch of slack jawed Little Lackey's. Have I ever got punked out of a buck? Yeah. Have I ever had a crappy GPS experience? Yeah. Have I ever been sent the wrong way down a one-way street? Oh yeah. Have I ever had a job where I decided when and where to show up? No. Burger King is hiring. Please leave the Uber driving to the adults.

Allow drivers to say thanks!

Many times, tips are received after the ride has been completed...sometimes the following day. The app should allow the driver to thank the passenger for the tip they left thru the app. That will go a long way with providing excellent service to our passengers.

This app is insulting to one's intelligence this wicked world we live in would have to think if you hold a management position and the education to support would know that just because a passenger rates the driver low it could be a lie it could be false when Uber is accused as a co. Of wrong doing in the near future would this rule apply and is automatically systematically found guilty and punished right away without understanding that it could be false accusations
