I have been using this app for a long time with U-verse and now all of a sudden I can’t even login anymore. What happened? Please get it fixed ASAP!

For months now i have not been able to log in I put my MemberID email, but you just get a login error that says to use your MemberID email. ATT tech support says this is a known issue, and that the Engineers are working on it. Bull. This has been going on for MONTHs.

Go to the AT&T website and login-click profiles-go to the bottom and click manage subaccount-you will have to put in a whole new email and make up a new username and password. Once complete, use the new username and password to login to the U-verse app. Worked for me, and I’m finally able to use the app. Thanks for nothing AT&T. Boom B byeeeee!

this use to be a useful app. for months now can’t log in because service is “temporarily unavailable”. dramatically decreases the value of u-verse if it’s not mobile.

Over the past few months the U-verse app has lost two key functions. The remote and live TV. First of all the live TV is only playing audio with no video. Second the remote is unable to connect to the wireless network and therefore unable to connect to any of the U-verse receivers. We have tried to resolve this issue through my service provider and my cable company, but apparently the issue lies with the maker of this app. There are several people in the AT&T forums that are having the same issue. Anyone else? Also, the “app support“ link takes you to the AT&T support page. But tell me exactly where the “app support“ is. Because I can’t find it anywhere.
