Good idea but annoying performance.

When I open the app in my own home, it will not load. I must delete the app, go to the App Store, download it again, put in User name, put in password again, agree to something, check the Nielsen box, then search for the program which will load immediately. Same routine next time. Also would like local channels.
Streaming has become glitchy

Streaming used to work really well, but now it constantly freezes, no matter how strong the cell signal or the wifi speed.

App is broken and hasn’t been updated or fixed in 9 months. AT&T has moved focus to their TV app; grandfathered uVerse customers are no longer important.
Isn’t working and AT&T won’t fix it ?

Don’t waste your time, you can’t login the app, and AT&T knows this is a problem but will not fix it.

We have tried using this every time our physical remotes crap out, sadly that is too often, but we always try using the app while waiting on replacements. NEVER WORKS!!! We have tried all the problem shooting, including making sure we used channel 9301. Nothing. What a waste of time.
Service is spotty at best

Tried to record program on CBS at night and it failed to set up recording but tried a different station with no problem. Today all I get is the spinning wheel and never actually starts the viewing of the show. Found that ABC Chicago won’t play if not home.
AT&T U-Verse APP NOT Working

Can not login. iOS It has been like this for at least 5 weeks now. No trouble with the MY-AT&T and SmartHome apps. No trouble logging into AT&T online, just the U-Verse APP Having to use other 3rd party apps!! I’ve tried rebooting phone. I’ve reinstalled it twice.

All I get is a spinning wheel on any channel I try. Guess this is the last straw with U-verse and will move on to another way to get tv.
