This app has worked perfect for the past 5 years until about 1 week ago. Constantly freezing. Logs me out but gives me an error when trying to sign back in. Been happening several times a day. Please fix!!!!

I’ve used this app for several years and up until a week or so ago I would give 4 stars. BUT recently there have been “some settings have changed” reboot messages; sometimes more than once a day. Worse yet, right now I can’t log-in “LOG IN ERROR The u-verse app is temporarily unavailable.” This ALSO is now happening on a daily basis. I’ve rebooted and shut down and restarted my phone, but it continues. Maybe time to go back to Xfinity.
No longer working since 12/31/21

App has not worked since New Years Eve. This is on an iPad Mini 6 running iOS15.2. I keep getting the messages the “mobile server is unavailable” and “try again.” Never had a problem in the past 7 years. Latest update rendered the app useless.

This app constantly disconnects from the router / server … sometimes on the middle of a function like forwarding video! Now it frequently crashes and won’t work AT ALL. I have to close the app and relaunch and HOPE it will work the first time. It’s inexplicable that ATT could produce such a faulty product.

Live TV feature is trash. The app itself logs me out every time I try to get into it, and then doesn’t accept my password, even though I’ve had the same one forever. Please don’t waste your time with this horrible, disgusting app. ?

After last update the app loaded but displayed no content. Just hangs on a blank page.

Over the past couple of months (November 2021) it would show programs that I had stopped recording but now it’s not showing programs that I did record or not showing programs that I had set up to record. It’s a mess!!!!
