What happened to this app?! – U-verse Review

Over the past few months the U-verse app has lost two key functions. The remote and live TV. First of all the live TV is only playing audio with no video. Second the remote is unable to connect to the wireless network and therefore unable to connect to any of the U-verse receivers. We have tried to resolve this issue through my service provider and my cable company, but apparently the issue lies with the maker of this app. There are several people in the AT&T forums that are having the same issue. Anyone else? Also, the “app support“ link takes you to the AT&T support page. But tell me exactly where the “app support“ is. Because I can’t find it anywhere.
