U-verse App not working for at least 3 weeks!

No excuse for this. Been told that techs are working on a fix. Very clear to me that U-verse is no longer a priority for AT&T.

Hasn’t worked for a month and never gets an update. It continues to ask for your member id even after you enter the correct one.


Worthless

App rarely works. I will not let you view every channel you already pay for. It constantly says you are not connected to WiFi when in fact you are. Never gives a clue how to rectify it. Tech support is completely worthless. They are reading off a script nothing more. A complete waste of space on your phone. If you have it, dump it!!

Att either fix app or remove. It does not work. We are paying for a service att is not trying to fix or at least not explaining problem.


HBO max should be easier to active since I have U-verse 450!

KSDK has always been my go to news channel. PLEASE quickly complete negotiations with and return my viewing preferences. I am asking the same of Tegna . This is ridiculous!

Seriously this app is terrible. No wonder this multi billion $ company doesn’t have its own digital solution and sticks with the cord... they can’t even design and enhance a simple streaming app. Pathetic. I will be cancelling service so I won’t be subdued to watch this laggy piece of garbage anymore. Get with the times AT&T... this is embarrassing.

wouldnt even let me log in my info was right & it kept telling me enter email WHEN I WAS ENTERING A EMAIL ... very frustrating .. so many problems with at&t NEXT TIME STICKING TO A DIF internet/ cable company!!!
