I am required to sign in a few times a week. Other times it retains my password as it used to always do. I'm paying $223 a month so I expect this to work. Please get it right!!!!!
ATT U-verse app STILL not working

This app has not worked since October. ATT help desk claims they are working to fix. Apparently very slowly. Just received my U-verse bill & it went up by nearly $6 The ATT ads should say “ we give you less and charge you more ! Even contacted John Stankey got the run around so CEO does not care about the customer

I appreciate this app when it works, but more and more often lately it just DOESN’T work! Can’t use the remote function because it says “Wi-Fi network not found” and there are no other options. I AM connected to the Wi-Fi. It’s the AT&T modem and I have rebooted. It just doesn’t work! Very frustrating!

Has not worked for several days. Says login error. I know U-verse is going away eventually. Wondering if they pulled the plug without telling anyone. Spent several hours on the phone with customer service to no avail. I previously used the app every day

App will not log into my home WiFi network. App has not asked for permission in settings in LAN. Needs an update does not work now.

Recently the app has become so buggy. I am tired of trying to check the listings and getting the message that “the mobile server is currently unavailable.” The message also says to try again later, but sometimes it takes hours for it to work. Then, it requires the user to sign in all over again. Please fix this problem!
only works about half the time

Often get “Login Error The U-verse mobile app is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later” when trying to open it on both ipad and iphone. When I try again a day or two later it works. Not sure what the issue is

Maybe the app will work starting Jan 3. Can’t log in now. Hasn’t worked for days.
