Cannot log into the iphone app. Rejects user ID & password that are both correct. Works on ipad.
Broken and buggy

This app has been buggy forever but it’s been completely broken for over 4 months. ALWAYS says “no WiFi connection found.” Absolutely useless. Simple fix by ATT developers — ask for access to the LAN in settings.
Terrible app

I’ve had U-verse for a long time and this app has never worked. The remote feature is useless since the app always says it can’t connect to the Wi-Fi. Some of the live channels only have an audio feed with a black screen and the last update was almost 1 year ago. It’s terrible
U-verse App not working for at least 3 weeks!

No excuse for this. Been told that techs are working on a fix. Very clear to me that U-verse is no longer a priority for AT&T.

Can’t get logged in to the app to watch tv on iPhone. Log in doesn’t work. Delete app re-install. Change passwords. Nothing works. Called support and they said they are not sure what to tell me.

Apple needs to remove app. Att has gotten all 1 star reviews since last August and has not done any updates to fix since August. In reality most would probably give 0 stars but you have to choose at least one.

I have been trying since October 2021 to get my U-verse mobile app fixed so I can actually watch my movie here todate no one has any ideal how to fix the problem this is just sad to sell a product and not know how to fix it when customers have problemsOut of all the many calls that I have made I never got to speak with anyone here in the US all my calls was directed overseas that’s just sad fix the problem
AT&T U-verse app not working

I tried setting up a receiver and get error message WI-FI not found on my iPhone 11 Pro Max running 15.3 IOS. I went to channel 9301 on my particular receiver and tried to set it up. The app still showed no network found even though they are both connected to the same network. No devices were enabled, could not set up device. Rebooted phone and receiver, deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. I pulled out my old iPhone 6 running 12.5 IOS and it works like a charm. Is there going to be an update the app to make it compatible to the newer IOS versions.
