No longer working

It was a great app until it stopped working two weeks ago. Now it’s useless.

Haven’t been able to login for days now. Have been a customer since the sbcglobal days. Still have that email address linked as main account for u-verse. I would switch to a different provider but had Spectrum put a line in and tested for a week and internet went out for as long as an hour at least 3 times. Also TV picture was pixelated. Have only had 2 outages in all the years I’ve been with ATT. Just glad I didn’t cancel my ATT U-verse and internet until tested the spectrum.

Disabling the app seems to be another way to push us off the U verse platform. It is no longer available to new subscribers. Just a matter of time before it shuts down all together. At that time I will be moving on to a new content provider. Not feeling valued as a customer.

DIY/Magnolia Channel Missing

Since yesterday, the channel is suddenly missing. Not only that, but new shows are not displaying either on the app or on the Guide on my TV. Whoever/whatever handles the updates on this app is very sloppy. Takes right up until the day before to get the listings correct, and sometimes not even then.

Like everyone else, unable to log in for past couples weeks or so. AT&T has not informed the customers of the problem. Extremely poor customer service. Otherwise AT&T doesn’t have a working app for Uverse and they do not care! Like numerous others, the app kicked me out after being logged into for no telling how long. Now it will not let me log back in - I am using the correct login info. Thus the app is 100 percent useless. The app wasn’t really that good anyway when it did work. Xfinity app much better, you can watch programs you record. Uverse, you can’t.

The app doesn’t work it’s always unavailable after putting in password several times it’s always unavailable on iPhone and iPad mini 4 and especially fire tv it never works

How is this APP still on the store???

APP has not functioned for months… error message says network not available, and when you go to the AT&T Support link, THERE IS NO SUPPORT OPTION AVAILABLE! Doesn’t this violate Apple’s APP requirements???

Enjoyed app for years but over the last 5 years the app has really been awful. The guide has not been in sync with what is actually on. It buffers constantly and it ask you to sign on regularly. It signs you out on tablets and when you try to sign back in it’s no longer supported but it says new app available but there is no new app available.

U-VERSE APP -UNUSABLE

Dont update your app

I have been using the U-verse App remote in my iPad and iPhone for as long as I can remember since the remotes are usually always out of stock. Within the last couple of months, both my iPad (first) and now my iPhone will no longer worn with U-verse remote app? I can’t use the remote at all, it keeps saying I need to connect to my wifi. I have tried every single thing, support isn’t helpful. Yes I’ve turned everything off, rebooted, deleted, updated, every single thing. Nothing is working. It’s super annoying and inconvenient and yes I’m aware also a first world problem, but here I am. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP.
