Purchased annual pro but still limited. Developer needs to state this in the “in app purchases” description. Accuracy is off too. It would be fine for very short recordings.

When u click to upload voice memo it asks for access to picture and video. Took a chance and said yes then nothing happened. It just didn’t work.

I really enjoy the options of being able to add text for words missed in the translation. Best download I have purchased !

My video is 54 mins and I thought buying one hour of time was enough then all of a sudden it says I need more time so I bought 10 hours of time based on how long it said was left and then it comes up saying I need to buy more time and now it’s up to 12 hours of time!! False advertising!! I am now in the hole nearly $50 and I don’t have a video transcribed!!! WASTE OF MONEY!! I WANT A REFUND!!!

Import from voice memo doesn’t work

I do love the transcriptions (in Spanish), but I recently recorded a lot of interviews using my phone’s voice memo app because I saw that it was possible to send to this app, but the app only allowed 2 voice memos to be sent and then just refused to successfully send more. I sent them from the voice memos as instructed, but when I come to this app, they’re not there. I give the transcriptions a 5, but I’m disappointed that sending memos to the app isn’t working as promised.

70 second audio had lots of gaps

I had a clear recording of one person talking directly into the apple voice memos. The file was only 70 seconds long so I was hoping it see a full transcription but it missed random whole sections of audio. Very disappointed.

Uploaded 4 interviews and the transcripts are BEAUTIFUL! I really want to give them 5 stars but I’m unable to upload anymore interviews, even though I have a PRO account and I also paid (accidentally) for 20 hours. I emailed multiple times and I only got one response. PLEASE, could you please support? It would make a world of a difference.

I’d like to consider myself a somewhat intelligent 32 year old dude... but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to make it actually transcribe! I imported the video, selected the language, bought the hour of time... where the transcribe button?? Ugh I am very sad :(
