I can’t figure out how to use it! – Transcribe - Speech to Text Review

I’d like to consider myself a somewhat intelligent 32 year old dude... but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to make it actually transcribe! I imported the video, selected the language, bought the hour of time... where the transcribe button?? Ugh I am very sad :(
