This is a great app, so incredibly useful! I had to transcribe six interviews for qualitative and if anyone has ever transcribed that amount of audio knows that it’s extremely time-consuming! With the app, it was done with an 11 min clip in maybe 30 seconds. I couldn’t believe it. Love it!

This app does a great job of transcribing voice memos and it works so easy projects are done a snap!!
Don’t buy this app
Kinda Mad Right Now...
I downloaded this app to help me transcribe some voice memos. The free transcription was great so I paid for the 10hrs and the transcriptions since then have sucked. Maybe 1 in 10 words is transcribed and of those 1 in 5 words is wrong. Was really hoping this would be a great app and instead it’s just a waste of money.

This app didn’t even come close to transcribing correctly and I was speaking clearly. For example, it traded okay with alpaca. Not satasfied

I’m working on my final paper for a Law and Society class; part of it is interviewing people. The interview need to be turn into transcripts. This app is absolutely perfect.

You can’t record you have to download the audio files to it. Which isn’t what I thought it would be like.

It alarmed me that when I went to customer service, it was a Russian domain. Then, a window came up to sign in my Apple ID that would allow multiple finger ids. Nope.

I got my 15 minutes free and then paid $5 for the other 45 minutes but it refused to transcribe because there was 10 seconds left (yes ... you essentially pay for the free 15 minutes). Poor quality. Nobody to help. Guess you get what you pay for
Not what’s expected

I followed directions to send recording to the app. First, it offered to let me test for free first 15 minutes of transcription. It DID NOT let me test 15 minutes for free as promised, but charged me $4.99! Then to add to insult, NOTHING TRANSCRIBED. Wish I could get my $4.99 back.
