Inaccurate, poor quality

I tried the free trial and had to retype the entire thing. I can't believe this app has good reviews--it literally got a 98% inaccuracy rate on my very clear, well-recorded audio file. Here's some gems from the recording: "Work around, values and Alignment if I use what would happen that's nor the case in"; "That isn't aligned in in World War II a fool out from there"; "clear will not Papas and mitigates she becomes benefits instead of a cup." LOL.

First of all I didn’t realize that I would only get 15 free minutes of what I needed transcribed. Secondly what was transcribed wasn’t even correct. In one section that was 49 seconds long, all this app got was “Awesome coffee, Yosef hamburgers”. Like what? I would recommend that people use Trint. You also have to pay for it but most of the words were transcribed correctly and there are more tools for you to use to edit

It does a decent job of transcribing but interface is buggy. I upgraded to Pro so I could export in .docx or pdf but it crashes the app. I have tried several of the transcribing apps and this one is better than many of them which isn’t saying much.

Paid and it got worse...

Spent the $4.99 for an hour of time (well, $5.35 after tax). My first 15 minutes seemed alright, but the accuracy of the entire transcription was unbelievably poor. Minute long sections were missing and the rest really didn’t make sense, especially considering the clarity of the audio.

I hate when a company advertises that their app is FREE when after installing you find out you can “test it” for fifteen minutes for free THEN its 4.99 per hour. That’s not fee that’s just lying

I did a talk on the phone, the app transcribed me and not the other person, waste of my money cause I paid for the hour

I tried this app on 2 different files and it’s like the app was guessing every word. It got roughly 3 out of 10 words right.

For $4.99 an hour you can get a secretary in most of the countries or two in some. This people are out of their minds for charges like that.
